Athena — your AI chief of staff
She holds your class schedule, work shifts and every deadline in one memory — then tells you what to do next and nudges you before you fall behind. By voice or text, hands-free wake word.
LiveAthena — your AI chief of staff for college
Athena turns class chaos into one clear daily plan — pulling your syllabi, Canvas and deadlines into a single place, tutoring you until it actually sticks, and keeping a clean record of the work you did. Free to start.
Your plan · 01
Paste your program's academic map or upload a screenshot. We parse course codes, credits, prerequisites and co-requisites into a real plan — then catch the impossible sequences before your advisor does. Try it: move a course and watch the rules re-check.
HTML academic maps parse automatically. No clean link? OCR a screenshot or PDF — low-confidence fields are flagged for you to confirm, never silently guessed.
We monitor public catalog pages for changes. We never pretend to read your private registration — that lives behind your university login, and we say so.
Carry credits across institutions. The plan doesn't assume a single school for your whole degree, because real students rarely do.
The full planner, syllabus tracker, consent-gated capture and writing coach are live and free. Your data stays in your browser.
Open the workspace →Your deadlines · 02
Drop in a syllabus and we lift out the assignments, readings and exams with their due dates and weights. Overdue and upcoming are impossible to confuse, and every course links back to its slot in your plan.
Built for how college works now
The point of college isn't the assignment — it's what you walk away knowing. CoursePlanner uses AI to help you actually learn faster, and keeps your authorship clear so the credit stays yours. Here's everything it does.
She holds your class schedule, work shifts and every deadline in one memory — then tells you what to do next and nudges you before you fall behind. By voice or text, hands-free wake word.
LiveA degree map that respects every prerequisite and credit cap — and tells you why when something won't fit.
LiveTurn any syllabus into dated tasks, or import straight from Canvas. Every deadline, one calm list — with .ics export.
LiveA live explorer of federal + every state's grants and scholarships, real deadlines, and a FAFSA paperwork assistant.
LiveA tutor that teaches instead of telling — Socratic hints, the best explainer video for what you're stuck on, plus AI flashcards, summaries, audio recaps and exam prep (SAT, ACT, CLEP, USMLE & more) with spaced recall until it sticks.
PremiumUse AI without crossing the line. Athena coaches your thinking instead of writing your paper, and can attach a plain-English note of how AI helped — on your terms, never a hidden score or an AI-detector.

LiveHonest by design
The day you turn 18 or set foot on campus, your education rights become yours — not your parents', not your school's, and certainly not an app's. We built the whole product around that fact instead of around it.
Under FERPA, your rights transfer to you on enrollment. So the student is the sole account holder — and you can export or delete every byte we hold, on demand.
Lecture capture is gated by your state's recording law and your institution's policy, defaulting to the strictest. We never facilitate unlawful recording — and recordings are never shared by default.
Our AI reviews your draft, asks hard questions and points the way — it will not write the paper for you. And we refuse to rely on AI-detectors that wrongly flag non-native writers.
Parent access is invited by you, scoped to exactly what you choose, and revocable in a single tap. A parent is never the owner of your data and can never authorize record access.
The arc
Planning and syllabus tracking ship first — the lowest-risk, highest-value wedge. The higher-stakes features arrive only once the consent and ownership architecture is solid.
